We bought our daughter a YZ85LW in August of 2022. We did most of our transcation over the phone. Easiest purchase we ever made. Our daughter started racing last April and finished 4th in points in the 12 to 15 class. We have nothing negative to say about our purchase. This bike has held up for the whole race season without having any issues. It is a strong and durable bike.

The absolute best experience ever buying a motorcycle or vehicle for that matter! From the start, just reaching out to Natasha to let her know that I was on my way to buy the Indian Scout, she was very pleasant and was nice to speak with. On arrival, I noticed the awesome salesman Joe H had already put a sold sign on the motorcycle that my fianc chose. Working with Joe H was awesome. He listened to every concern we had with the previous dealer that we purchased the last bike from. There were no hassles or any normal bologna to deal with whatsoever here at the Motorcycle Mall. When it came time to discuss our trade in, Joe H was super helpful and got us pretty much the price point we were looking for. While we waited for the paperwork to be completed, Joe took us over to the parts / accessories department, where we were very pleased. Not only are they fully stocked, but the salesman, Rich D who helped us, was awesome as well. Rich was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. While this was going on, Joe H our salesman had visited us numerous times keeping us up to date with the paperwork and offering us drinks. After everything was completed, (Finance guy was great!) Joe brought our motorcycle out to my low boy trailer and wanted to help me load it up and strap it down. With tee shirts in hand, I would like to add! Kim Angarita was an absolute pleasure to deal with. In September 2022, I purchased a Piaggio 150 Liberty scooter sight unseen. I had an issue with an honest and common mistake made by the service department. I was upset with how the manager of the service department handled my issue and posted how I had be treated wrong. The very next day: just after the dealership opened actually... the general manager personally called me and refunded more than what I was owed. It's unfortunate the mistake happened but I can only say good things about the Motorcycle Mall. The General Manager was pleasant, professional, and listened to his people and the customer (me) before making a decision which gives me even more confidence in dealing with the business. I will continue to purchase from the Motorcycle Mall in the future. If anyone has a serious problem with this business I suggest reaching out to Rich, the manager. Even if the outcome is not exactly as you wish, you know it was handled by a gentleman who truly strives to do the right thing by all.

When I went to look at Can Am Spyders, I checked out 3 dealers. One didn't get back to me, and the two that saw me, both told me the same thing, some of which was wrong. However, Kim at Motorcycle mall did not give up and kept researching solutions to my question. She even put a battery in a new model to try to see how she could accomplish what I needed. I never heard from the other two dealers. Her follow through was excellent, even calling after the purchase to see how I was doing. She walked me to their service department to work out my needs. She went above and beyond to exceed my expectations!

I bought a Can Am Ryker Rally 2 montths ago from them. The bike has issues, initially I was upset with dealer but soon found out with some research that the manufacturer is the one to blame. The dealer is actually taking on and handling the problems the bike has. Its a new modle so theres definitely things that are coming up that initially the manufacturer didnt take into account. I love the bike, its a great ride just has issues. The service manager (Mike Cavaluzzi) is well aware of the issues and is doing an extremely great job in trying to help and fix the issues that the bike is having. Its a new model they are learning just as I am getting to understand the bike as well. I feel that my issues are being heard and they are doing their best to make things right for me the customer. I would also like to thank my sales person( Mike Amoto) for helping me initially getting the bike. I will probably continue to have some issues with the bike but I feel positive that the staff at Motorcycle Mall will help with this journey. Thanks

Sales rep Al. Blampled sold me a Polaris Ranger 900 for a competitive price and was very informative about the vehicle during the process, spending time talking about UTV's and generally he cooperative and answered all my questions and showed real respect. The process was very smooth. I did go to another dealer to see what would be the lowest price that I could purchase the vehicle. The other dealer did beat the price that I initially negotiated with Al. Blampled at Motorcycle mall. When I informed Al. Blampled at Motorcycle mall, he courteously went to his manager and they agreed to beat the price from the other dealer. The sale was completed soon after and the paperwork was completed promptly.

I purchased my new 2013 Victory Cross Country Tour from Motorcycle Mall with the help and patience of Mike Montesano the salesman. He was willing to spend the time showing me the different models and was helpful throughout.
